Every device we sell is genuine and covered by warranty support.
What's covered
All smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and audio devices are sold sealed-box and carry the manufacturer's UK warranty, typically 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or unauthorised repairs.
Accessories
Accessories such as chargers, cables and cases are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Making a claim
Keep your order number as proof of purchase. To make a claim, contact us or visit the store and we will guide you through repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
