Changed your mind or received a faulty item? Here's how returns work.
14-day returns
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are in their original condition with all accessories, packaging and seals intact.
Some items — such as opened earphones for hygiene reasons — may not be eligible unless they are faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your device arrives faulty or develops a fault covered by warranty, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Please keep your order number handy so we can locate your purchase quickly.
How to start a return
Contact us by phone or email, or bring the item to our store with your order number. Because payment is taken in cash, refunds are issued in cash or by bank transfer once the returned item has been inspected.
